We initially had some issues getting our dog in for a grooming, however, the store manager and owner stepped up and ensured that our dog was taken care of. Happy to continue doing business with a group that cares about customer satisfaction. Our dog looks wonderful and the groomer clearly cares about how your furry friends are treated. See you soon!

Heather is exceptional. When Bull Run closed, I was frantic to locate a local pet store that carried the dry and wet foods my 8 year old German Shepherd eats. Heather ordered the food but gave me some samples of Fromm to tide me over. She even stayed later to accommodate my estimated arrival time. That is what I consider Great Customer Service.

Shout out to Casey, what an amazing groomer and just a kind person! We are new to the area and have had a hard time finding a groomer for our 10 month shih tzu. He is highly sensitive around the head and face and proves to be a bit of a handful, but Casey was able to take care of him no problem. If you’re wondering if you should bring your pet to this groomer, don’t wait anymore. Your pet will be in good hands! Also, Donna, who helped us at the front desk, was very sweet and welcoming. Their store is in a clean location and filled with all kinds of goodies and treats you can purchase to take home with your pet.
